A beautiful courtyard connecting the tenement houses on Wielka 21 / Woźna 9 Street in Poznań.
The place is very atmospheric, apart from a few shops there is also a restaurant – Gołębnik. So often people call this place Gołębnik (ang. the “Pigeon”) just from the name of this restaurant. It is quite important that it is very easy to overlook this miracle. Because it is only when we peek deeper into the gate that you can see this shiny white brick.
This is not the only such beautiful courtyard in Poznań. There are many beautiful hidden treasures in such courtyards around the Old Market Square. It stopped at some times over 100 years ago, as in the 19th century.
