Yes, you read that right, a “replica” of the Roman Colosseum (congresshalle) was built in Nuremberg. The construction of this facility was related to the plans of the Third Reich for the city itself.
Regensburg (Regensburg) in one day
After visiting Walhalla (a building commemorating famous Germans) I went with a trip to visit Regensburg (ger. Regensburg). A city where, in a sense, time has stopped.

On the third day we went to Regensburg (German: Regensburg). The first point of the tour was to be Walhalla (memorial).
The picturesque town of Ettal and the Monastery
At the end of the second day of sightseeing, my tour group went to the village of Ettal. A small alpine town famous mainly for its beautiful baroque monastery.
Linderhof Palace – my tour of Bavaria
The third place I visited on the second day of the trip was Linderhof Palace. Like Neuschwanstein, it was under renovation.

Mount Tegelberg (in Alps) – Bavaria, Germany
On the second day of the trip around Bavaria, right after visiting the Neuschwanstein Castle built by Ludwig II of Bavaria, we went to the viewpoint. It was located on Mount Tegelberg.
